Standard Staff & Services

Dining and Cooking: Chef Erik prepares two meals per day; lunch and dinner. An assistant chef is available for breakfast and to assist preparing, at extra cost, unless included in writing in the rental agreement. A suggested menu is provided separately; however, the chef can offer many other choices as he specializes in fresh seafood from the local fishing villages, a variety of fusion dishes and various Mexican favourites.
